While conducting our production processes and operations; In order for all our subcontractors, visitors and other stakeholders to adopt a culture of occupational health and safety; As Kale Aero, we commit to:
•Performing legal legislations and other conditions related to occupational health and safety standards,
•Predetermining situations that may lead to possible injuries and health impairment from the analytical perspective of risk assessment methodologies and that may affect the effective operation of the occupational health and safety management system, taking all necessary preventions and to evaluate the opportunities that may arise from them;
•Encouraging the active participation of people in the occupational health and safety management system by ensuring that all our employees and stakeholders use their verbal and written communication resources in the most effective way,
•Ensuring working in the safest, healthy and hygienic environment by following the technological developments as well as the possibilities of the existing infrastructure,
•Reviewing occupational health and safety goals every year, developing and improving these targets compared to the previous year,
•Increasing occupational health and safety awareness and creating sustainable results through trainings, visual studies and activities where direct participation of employees is sustained,
•Following and always improving the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ensuring its conformity with individual performance processes and company objectives.
